Return and exchange

What is your return/exchange policy?

We love our products, and we think you will too, but we understand that relationships don't always work out.  However, given the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Please feel free to share unused products with a friend or donate them to your local homeless shelter. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at info@every28.life.(a photo is always helpful).
